Spiritual mages (Saradomin) are ghostly followers on Saradomin found in both the central room of the God Wars Dungeon and Saradomin's Encampment to the southeast, although climbing the wall to this area requires 70 Agility.
As long as you're using Ranged and have a Saradomin item or Shard of Zaros equipped to prevent aggression, these mages shouldn't pose too much of a threat to most players and can be easily killed.
The chance of receiving better drops is increased by the Ring of fortune, Enhanced luck potion, Collector's insignia (charged), or Luck of the dwarves.
