Contrary to most Dwarves, Brother Bordiss follows Saradomin instead of Guthix. This being the case, you will initially meet him in the Monastery West of Edgeville. However, during the Perils of Ice Mountain, Brother Bordiss presents new plans for an environmentally friendly power station. As a result, after the quest he will be found at the power station on Ice Mountain near the Dwarven Mines entrance.
