Players can only make it by cooking raw beef (from an undead cow) on a range or a fire.

Eating this item may deplete some Prayer points, but does not damage Constitution and may be a perfectly safe food item. Undead cows can be found just east of the Port Phasmatys farming patch west of the Ectofuntus.
