Orry watches after a network beacon North of the Jolly Boar Inn. He can also provide information on the other beacons.
To light his beacon, a you must have started the Family Crest quest, have 20 identical logs (of any type that you can light), a tinderbox, and level 48 Firemaking.
Once the beacon has been lit, you can give Orry five logs (same type that were used to light the beacon) for him to tend the beacon with. This allows the beacon to stay lit longer.
