One Spirit dragon charm is required for each minute you remain within the Spirit Realm . Once the charms run out, you will be expelled from the Spirit Realm.

Like Anagami, Arhat have an adrenaline bar and can thus use abilities, however, the only ability they use is an Ultimate. This will take 25% of your health, but can be avoided by stepping the the side.
