Also when charged TokKul-Zo will teleport the user around the TzHaar City.
Notes:
TokKul-Zo has a maximum of 4000 charges, and can be recharged for a cost of 50,000 Tokkul.
Charges are used when you attack a monster, at the rate of 1 charge per hit.
When TokKul-Zo is uncharged it has no combat bonuses, and loses its ability to teleport. Cannot be alchemised.
