Used to destroy a barrows brother before he awakens.
Notes:
Using an amulet on one of the Barrows brother's crypts will kill him before he is able to wake, meaning you will not need to kill him.
You can only use a maximum of 3 amulets for each run though the tombs.
These amulets, given at the end of Missing, Presumed Death, are not tradeable, but the amulets from the Barrows shadow dungeon are.
