This can made by adding Ground red isafdar mushroom and Ground blue isafdar mushroom to a Super defence potion (3) to create a Meilyr potion for the Plague's end quest.
You can then go to the Daemonheim lobby and drink the potion. A portal will appear on the floor that will take you to Meilyr's home.
