To obtain this weapon piece during the second stage of the fight, players must deal enough damage to Vorago after his reflection attack has created four orbs and he stumbles. Doing so will knock loose the weapon piece.
This weapon piece will need to be assembled with the Ancient weapon piece (a) and the Ancient weapon handle to create the Maul of omens.
