Made by using a Harmony moss seed on a Harmony pillar in the Meilyr sector of Prifddinas and harvesting the moss when fully grown which requires you to gain a total 200,000 experience in the skill the Harmony pillar is attuned with.
Drinking a dose of Perfect juju farming potion provides a chance to harvest two moss at once from the Harmony pillars and one moss while harvesting from any other patch.
