In the Meiyerditch Dungeon, the plushie is found on the broken range, in the southwestern room(filled with bloodvelds).

Upon obtaining the plushie, you may squeeze it for a Shiny columbarium key, or turn it and the other 12 plushies, for a total of 13 plushies, in to Lex. Either way is possible to complete the miniquest.
