Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Ranged level by 1; worn to act as Ava's devices(accumulator and attractor); and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes:
This item is made by using the Ranged hood with the Ranged cape (t). Both of these are purchased, as a set, from the Armour salesman for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Ranged.
When worn, you can do the special Ranged skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to the Armour salesman, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
