Item Uses:
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Slayer level by 1; worn to enable you teleport to any Slayer master in the game that you can access (upon activation); and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes:
This item is made by using the Slayer hood with the Slayer cape (t). Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Kuradel for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Slayer.

When worn, you can do the special Slayer skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.

This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Kuradel, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
