Garlandia was once a Noble Iceyene until she spoke against Saradomin in regards to a challenge her people faced. She wanted them to attempt peaceful negotiations instead of battle. After Saradomin ripped the wings from her back, essentially killing her, she grew to hate all gods and joined the Godless faction once she made her way to Gielinor.

During Desperate Times, you can speak with her about the garden that is to be built for Bix. She will offer to supply seeds for the project.
