Examine Information:
An Imcando dwarf, who also happens to be the city's blacksmith.
Miscellaneous Information:
During Kili Row, she will have you complete a task before teaching you haw to upgrade your Necromancy gear. Quest completion will only allow you to upgrade from tier 10 to tier 20. As such, you will continually need to return to her to complete new tasks to learn the next level of upgrades.
