Spiritual warriors (Bandos) are ghostly followers of Bandos which are only found in Bandos's Stronghold through the Big door in the northwest section of the God Wars Dungeon. 70 Strength is required to open the door.
As long as you are using Magic and have a Bandos item or Shard of Zaros equipped to prevent aggression, these warriors shouldn't pose too much of a threat to most players and can be easily killed.
