It is good to bring a Cure Poison Potion or a Poison Antidote, because when you cross the ledge, there is a chance to fall into a pit with level 63 poison spiders. Also, if you pray at the altar, a pit will open below you and you will fall into the pit of spiders. If you fall, run north until you find a staircase. For those of you who like Herblore, this is a good place to find herbs, and now you don't need to go to the Wilderness to get White Berries anymore.
