After worshipping the Ectofuntus (requires a Bucket of slime and Bonemeal), you obtain 5 Ecto-tokens from any Ghost Disciple for each worship performed. After the Ghosts Ahoy quest it can be used to get a pot of yeast for 5 ecto-tokens from a ghost in the pub (Pot must be provided). Also used to buy undead chickens from Alice's husband during and after the Animal Magnetism quest.
