A starfire sword is made by talking to Ivar just inside the Artisan's Workshop in Falador. To make the sword you will need 10,000 Starlight ore and some Sword blueprints.

Using the "Change" option will allow you to change the level of the weapon. The options are levels 1, 10, 20 or 30. This will change this sword into one of the following; Starfire sword 2, Starfire sword 3, or Starfire sword 4.
