During Tai Bwo Wannai quest, help him hunt the Shaikahan. After the quest, visit Tamayu's Spear Stall in the village to buy bronze, iron, steel, mith, adamant and rune spears, or a cleaning cloth. After completion of the quest, you can speak to him again and gain experience as part of a requirement for the Master Quest Cape.
