After Jed Hunter: Ex-Black Knight sergeant Evie Higgs.
Miscellaneous Information:
Higgs plays the following roles in these quests:
  • Impressing the Locals, we meet Evie Higgs who becomes your bosun.
  • Jed Hunter, Evie reveals that she actually abandoned her duty as a Black Knight because she was not given leave. As a result, you have to obtain a new set of armor and weapons because her Black Knight gear is too obvious if they come looking for her. Her image on the right is a view of this gear.
  • Curse of the Black Stone, she suggests speaking to her old comrade, Lieutenant Crane to find some soldiers to help fight at the Shadow Reef.
