Miscellaneous Information:
During Evil Dave's Big Day Out, you will find him "locked" within the jail cell at Shantay Pass. If you give him a Coconut drink he will let you in and tell you about himself. At the end of the conversation, he will give you a Jewel since he is trying to give away all of his worldly possessions.

Note that he is only visible during the quest.
