Strategies:
Deathspawn are occasionally summoned when fighting a Nechryael. They can simply be ignored as they pose no threat to a player considering they can hit no higher than 1. If you do ignore them, they will eventually disappear. Sacrifice is a useful ability against them, as it will almost always deal 500 damage to them and heal the player 500 lifepoints.
