Travel to Edgeville and ask to Mandrith in the bank if he has seen what attacked the city. He will eventually request your help to clean up the city and give you a To-Do list.
Note: The tasks on the list can be done in any order. In this guide we will work through the list from top to bottom.

First on the list is cleaning up the scorch marks throughout the city by using Aggie's broom. This broom can be found against the wall in Aggie's house in Draynor Village. You can only pick up the broom successfully when Aggie is facing away from you, otherwise she will temporarily turn you in to a pig. Once you have gotten your hands on the broom, you will need to charge it with 100 Water runes.

Return to Edgeville and use the broom's sweep option while standing on top of one of the scorch marks. In total you must clean up four scorch marks, each granting 12.5K Magic XP.

Head to the furnace northeast of the Edgeville bank and ask Jeffery for his hammer. You will receive Jeffery's hammer which can be used to fix the buildings in the city.

With in your inventory, use its "Fix nearby structures" option alongside specific materials to repair the surrounding buildings (See map below). Each repair will grant you 3K Construction XP, while the restoration of the Guard House will grant you 30K Construction XP.
- House north of the bank - Requires 10 Mahogany planks.
- Market stall north of the bank - Requires 10 Planks.
- Broken window on the north side of the bank - Requires 5 Planks and Molten glass.
- Jeffery's Armory, east of the bank - Requires 5 Planks.
- Guard house, northeast of the bank - Requires a Marble block.
- House southeast of the river - Requires 10 Oak planks.

Now, it's your choice whether to consecrate or desecrate the burnt skeleton, leaning against the southern wall of the building north of the bank. You will be granted 5K Prayer XP, regardless of which option you chose.

Head to the Fairy Ring southeast of the city and repair it by using the 5 Bittercap mushrooms on the ring. This task will grant you 10K Farming XP.

Just northwest of the ring, you will find two piles of debris that must be cleared. There are remnants of wall and pieces of a roof next to the fairy ring. Both of these will each grant you 5K
Mining XP.

For the last task on the list, you need to nurture four burnt trees using a Magic watering can. Several burnt trees can be found scattered throughout Edgeville. Each tree will give you 2.5K Farming.
Note: If you accidentally happen to chop down a burnt tree, you may nurture the stump. This will count as one of the required four trees.

When you have completed all the tasks on the list, return to Mandrith to claim your reward.
